There were a few reviews of this device claiming the sensors were out of whack, however they are on par... eventually. The first device that I had purchased I had absolutely no problems with it, the second device had a few problems, like the battery indicator was always at zero, but a hard reset solved that issue thankfully. The air quality sensor was the next thing to be totally off however I left it for a few days (4-5 days) and now it's finally calibrated and just needed time to fix itself. I love these devices to both control De-humidifiers and humidifiers depending on the season, and also be able to check on the conditions at home while I'm away. I only use Eve devices for my home automation and I've been very satisified with them.
