Amazing power in a compact package. Fan is quieter than expected. Screen quality is beautiful and I love the RGB customization options to make everything look the way I want. Highly recommend.

Truly a portable desktop runs mw2 around 144 fps ultra settings and resident evil 2 around 120 ultra. Don’t expect to use it without being connected directly to the wall. Performance suffers if it’s ran on battery like any other device.

This isn't actually a new Laptop from MSI! They're all opened and manipulated by some guy putting cheap parts in them claiming they're new. The device is fraudulently built under the impression they are new and sealed from MSI, but they're not. After only a little over a month of occasional use, the CPU is dying and displaying a kernel panic. When I took it in to get technical help on the matter, not only did we find that the drives installed were low quality third-party devices, but that the cpu was installed poorly, and the rig was setup in a way that encourages massive overheating! In addition to that, Windows 11 64-bit pro was installed using a legacy install! A process used for older forms of Windows! This company sold a fraudulent piece of technology and are refusing to refund me for the purchase. Do not trust them!

This laptop was fully packed with so much great & current tech, it should last me a long time. Pros: Large 4k display with super quick refresh rate, super fast cpu, RTX 4090!!, 10 key, amazing fans, Fans port heat out back, came with mouse (pictured), slim design, customizable led keyboard lighting & exterior lights, comes with soft cover/slip, comes with backup usb drive, thunderbolt 4, hdmi out Cons: Hefty price tag, 10 key is on the small side, giant power supply brick, no hdmi input

I got the top end version of this laptop and everything was great until a month ago. The back half of the laptop grew hotter and hotter whenever I put demand on the video card. To the point the top two rows of keys and back on the case are hot to the touch. When I contacted MSI, their customer service was dismissive and only suggestion was to get a laptop cooler (which I already have and use) I contacted them again to get it repaired under warranty, only to find out the warranty expired 3 months earlier then it should have. Since I purchased through an amazon reseller, they start the warranty clock when the reseller buys it. They do this for all non-partner resellers. Fortunately, they still agreed to cover it under warranty as it was within 30 day grace period. If you want a full-length warranty, do not buy from ProVantage LLC. They do not return my calls and pass me around internally without ever addressing the issue. I would review them but I guess Amazon wont let you once so much time has passed.

Laptop came in Pristine! Runs smooth and fast as hell! An amazing seller who delivers on what's promised! If I didn't already have this one now, I'd buy it again lol

Item arrived within 5 days of ordering with delivery half way across the US. Arrived in great shape, item is as described and everything matches up to what I purchased. I have only been using it 2 days and mostly doing updates and installing games from steam, but nothing I have tested has pushed it too hard. Fans are a bit noisy but I suppose that is less important then making sure a $4,000 laptop doesn't brick itself from heat. Overall very happy with purchase. ExCalibur PC also has very good customer service reviews so I have less worries if I do have an issue with the laptop, they also sent a code for a free game redemption through GeForce Experience which was unexpected. Very happy, I will update this review if anything changes.

I bought this laptop from Amazon. It was delivered by Amazon. It came on time, and the laptop is excellent. Definitely the best of the best.. thank you to Amazon for everything and for the excellent service.

I bought this Laptop during the Black Friday sales. When I discovered there were pixels out and one of the fans was not working I contacted MSI to tried to troubleshoot the problems. It was clear to MSI that the laptop was defective and that I should have it replaced by Amazon. Even though the order clearly states that I can return or replace the laptop, the replace button is not there when I start the process. I called Amazon and was told they could not replace it only return it. If I return it and buy it again I will have to pay an additional $2000 to get the exact same laptop! I have been fighting with Amazon for days trying to get this resolved. I have been lied to, hung up on and basically treated like I just don't matter. I will never purchase a big ticket item on Amazon ever again. (MSI will only honor the warranty and repair it). So I have paid $6000 for a defective computer and if I want a non defective one, I must pay another $2000. This is the worst customer service I have even had after spending all this money.

I have been a computer professional for 50 years and have had several of thre MSI laptops and have never been disappointed.
