great!
I’m so glad I ordered the 2026 Early Bird Pole Bean Seeds (Chinese Yard Long Beans/豇豆) — they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The germination rate was excellent, and the plants took off quickly once the weather warmed. The vines are vigorous, healthy, and produce a ton of long, tender beans. The beans themselves are crisp, sweet, and full of classic Chinese yard-long bean flavor. They hold up perfectly in stir-fries and soups, and my family loves them. I also appreciate that these seeds grow well even in hot, humid conditions, making them incredibly reliable for summer planting. If you’re looking for a productive, flavorful, fast-growing pole bean, these are a must-have. I’ll definitely be buying again next season! Highly recommended!

Great Italian style Pole Beans
I have wanted to grow Italian Style green beans, so I finally ordered a small pack. They germinated and are doing quite well. We did trellis them as they are climbers. Grew lots of green beans throughout my life, but these are unique, as they are flat beans, and some of pods can have a curly shape, while others are quite long. My spouse can't get use to the idea of flat green beans, but they are very prolific and have been growing better than the bush beans and half runners. They taste the same as regular green beans and I actually like them. The strings aren't bad, either. I will probably add these to my garden again since they are growing so well in this stifling heat, and I think they are more prolific. I guess we'll have "his" and "her" green beans now but these are a new favorite of mine. I have found that it takes frequent watering to get any green beans to germinate, but these seem less finicky. I pick them daily as they grow, wash and snap them, and add them straight to the freezer bag. You simply cook as many as you need. So much easier than canning the old fashioned way!!

Good beans. Easy to grow.
Good pole beans. Produced a fair amount of beans per plant.

Zero germination. Complete dud!
I received them around December 9th. I soaked the seeds in water to help them germinate. When I planted them in soil they never sprouted. 25 seeds and not even one seed sprouted and germinated. It was a dud. I have planted fava beans many times and have experience growing this legume. Fava is a very easy plant to grow but this brand was a flop

Successful germination
Had great yield. Planted 4 so far outdoors way too late in the season and they all came up. Will try again in the spring

Disappointed in the yield
Seeds didn't yield as expected nor were they as mentioned 'yard long'.

long harvest time
Best long beans seed I ever bought., strongly recommend it. Thought I'd harvest once and done, but harvested summer through fall! Had 5 plants and they were more than enough for my whole family!
