Samsung M470T5663QZ3-CF7 2GB DDR2 Laptop RAM Memory

Just what the Doctor ordered! The Mini was working, just ok...not OK. I monitored the PC usage and Memory usage and found it was maxing out Computer time and Memory time. The biggest problem was the W10 updates. They were OK but lately, failed to update W10, ver. 2004...every attempt. I was pleased to see there were PC2-6400S-666-12-E3 DDR2 RAM boards, still available and placed an order. It came WAY before the proposed date, well packaged and sealed in anti static pack. When I first inserted the board, the PC didn't boot.. I removed the board and "wiped" the contacts and re-inserted. Worked fine! (an "old" electronics trick) The PC works much better and Memory shows 55% usage, leaving 45% for updates and other memory usage. Not a wonder why it was slow and failed to update properly.

The RAM worked fine. I plugged it in, and it worked. It matched the other one that came with my HP. Before this one, I took my computer to a local store. The one they put in was much more expensive and was an imitation made in Vietnam. The graphics didn't work. I had to take it back and couldn't get reimbursed for the labor. In the future I will do my own research and buy it on line. It works better and costs less.

I looked at many places on the Internet, this was the only seller and location I can find that had a fair price for a stick of laptop memory no it was little bit harder to find for an older laptop. took off the back cover to the memory, plugged this in , fired up and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Have been running this for almost a month now. Good solid piece of hardware.

Wow. It really boosts my computer up. My MacBook is kind of old it came out in 2009 and the memory was 2GB. I upgraded my Mac to Yosemite a few days ago and after that my computer got very slow and struggled processing stuff. So I ordered this memory. I totally can see the difference and it got a lot better I'm glad that I ordered this for my old computer. The best!

This is a good 2 GB Samsung DDR2 RAM to upgrade over 10 years old laptop. It's not cheaper than current newer RAM at same size, but it's rare to see such old RAM now. It's not as fast as newer RAM but it still works to view YouTube at standard quality without much interruption. 4-star rating was valid for this product.

Received this quickly and in perfect working order. Have not had any issues with it. It did come with a lifetime warranty (sure I will scrap the laptop long before the warranty is needed). Purchased this to beef up an old laptop for my middle school child to used for Microsoft Office. Since it is a temporary thing, the price was definitely right!

Replaced a 1 GB memory stick with this 2 GB module in a 11 year old Toshiba laptop. It's working fine with Xubuntu 20.04 linux.

Awesome Product, No prob, got lifetime warranty from Samsung, Now my laptop is running in full speed. You will not get anywhere in this price range,awesome product. 666mhz ram. was nicely packed and seems to be an original product.

The seller gave the same picture as the original Samsung RAM. The exact same sticker on the board. Without any doubt I ordered it. But the product didn't work. It may be a defective one or didn't match the speed of the bus. It was 667 Mhz. My system's board requires 800 Mhz. In my opinion, this is not an original one. Just the sticker. They've mentioned "Made in China" but what I got have a sticker "Made in Philipines".

☝️Got it for my ancient Dell inspiron 1520 laptop upon doubt that the existing DDR2 ram has failed as suggested by the remedy manual. 🔷️ Had upgraded to these 667 Mhz rams on my lappy from 553 Mhz pieces. 🔷️ Anyways my laptop did not start even after replacement as i think some MB issues are there but worked fine in one of the systems at repair shop. 🔷️ Can't extract super fast performance from such primitive ram. 🔷️ Packing & lifetime warranty offered is good enough. 🔷️ Price is a bit high but again for such rare items , i think it is okay.
