Absolutely disgraceful that Duravit don’t include the plugs required to top mount onto the toilet they manufacture to accompany it. Another £8 for those and the inconvenience of having to order them separately when you open the box and find they are not include. It’s not a mistake, they aren’t listed in the contents. Other, far cheaper, brands include the tiny plastic plugs. This is a very expensive toilet seat that sadly I needed to buy to fit my toilet. Otherwise I’d never buy Duravit again. And don’t say the plugs will be in place from the previous seat - they decay and become discoloured. Just include them!

The product fits perfectly and was easy to install. In fact removing the broken seat was harder than fitting the new one.

Worked well easy to install
Our friend staying with us woke up with a hangover and still managed to install all four of them for us in under an hour! Very smart. Good value compared to buying from the plumbers sites where they were twice the price!

It’s not soft close otherwise ok. Really hard to remove the last seat and replace.

This toilet seat is high quality, looks great, feels great. I would recommend it. I purchased it to go with my Duravit 0128090092 Starck 3 toilet.

Toilet seats x2 arrived as described with no issues. They were 50% cheaper than anywhere in Australia. Delivery time wasn’t bad considering they came from Europe. All round pretty pleased with this purchase.

Zamówiłem tutaj obud dla toalety i dostałem ewidentnie używany. Ma duże pęknięcie, żółte plamy, jakieś brudne ślady oraz przyklejone włókna/kurz. Absolutnie nie wygląda jak nowy produkt
