Now I see why this grinder has bad reviews, after charging it and pressing 5x and hit button to turn on, nothing happened. Glad I didn't throw away the box, so now gotta waste my time returning it. I changed my rating to give stars, if the top is not on correctly it won't start. It's all good now.

Hit or miss. I have purchased several from them, some come full power and last for at least a year or two. Unfortunately, some arrive under-powered and not as strong as others of same price & seller. When working at full function, it grinds great, no need to leave anything in for more than a few seconds. Unfortunately, you may receive a unit that does not function to full power or a unit that works well only for a few weeks.

Grinds up the herbals just right, very powerful, as long as the herbs are dry they cut up just fine. I’m getting the bigger one as a back up. I like to cook, so this just measures what I need right out and I’m set.

Don't bother. This is the second small grinder I ordered; thought this would work since is costs more. It worked once. I have had it plugged in to recharge for 3 days, the light is on but it does not work even though it is snugly screwed on. Ive tried everything those directions say to do. multiple times. One reviewer says turn it until it clicks- no click and it is securely on. The very short instructions provided on a 3 inch slip of paper with it are minimal but even with the extended instructions provided online here on the Amazon ad, nothing! The description says it has a child lock, but no indication anywhere. The deadline to return was a month so I'm out of luck.

Excellent tool! I’ve been using grinders for well over 60 years and this is, without doubt, the best one ever. Sometimes getting the jar correctly aligned is a tiny bit tricky but that’s a very minor issue. It works perfectly, just don’t drop the glass container.

Het leek ideaal, klein en licht, maar het maalt niet en moest het gelijk weer opladen, en bij de 2e keer stopt het ermee en doet niks meer. Dus ik wil het graag retour sturen.
