It can be smudged or blended right after application or before is set. Bombshell is a light rose shade. I sometimes apply powder eyeshadow over the top to add shimmer or intensify the color. They last all day and does not fade. It lasted through sweaty workouts. Love love love these shadow sticks. I think there are the shimmering shadow sticks as well. Can't beat the price.
