Great fit and works well!
Great adjustable fit on lower leg and stays cold just the right amount of time (and may frost up a little on outside after initially putting on). Zip lock bag provided a bit big but does help keep food odors away.

Stays cold for a long time, fits well, and stays on if I wearing it around the house. Love the freezer bag that came with it to reduce food smell from freezer

Soft on the inside and works really well for shin splints!
My daughter runs track and has had shin splints this season. This has worked really well to help with the shin splints. I will be purchasing another one for the other leg!
