Well made, it was a bit of a struggle to tighten it.

Difficult to get the screws in but I love the handle! Looks so much nicer than the cheap silver one that was on before. Feels heavy and sturdy. A shortened chain lifts the toilet bowl cap easier so the toilet actually flushes better now!

This lever is beautiful and has a good weight to it. The problem is it doesn't work. Even with correct installation from a contractor, the mechanism/lever would get stuck or not work at all. We had to put our original toilet lever back on. I'm not sure if we had a specifically defective lever or if the product itself is flawed. Sad to be returning it, would have been nice if it functioned as intended.
