This was a gift and used once and the heat mat has melted and stuck to the hair tongs so do not buy it if you want it to protect your table tops or heat curlers waste of money

Really disappointed in that it's not long enough to use properly. All the hair tools I use are a good bit longer than this.With the curling iron, I guess it can be used as a heat mat, but it's not even long enough to store my much shorter straighteners.No issues with the build quality...but it needs to be built somewhat longer to be a storage bag.
