Great little unit, ideal for a bedroom or next to wet clothes on a drying rack. It really does clean the air by removing moisture.

Its a decent dehumidifyer, absorbing up to 2l in 24h in our little flat. I was slightly disappointed about no specific laundry mode like my previous one had, but the clothes still dry generally within 24h if they are hung nearby. The biggest drawback for me was, due to the vents veing on the sides rather than the top, and all around, you are supposed to install it 30cm from all directions from the nearest wall or furniture, which makes it a bit difficult to find a decent location for it and it looks a bit odd “in the middle of the room”. I was initially going to put it on the bathroom countertop, but it said not to place on any shelves nor in rooms below 4 m2, so have put it in the lounge instead. Even so, i was impressed how quickly it reacts to changes of moisture in the air, including just turning the tap on in the bathroom to simply wash your hands, or when cooking dinner in the kitchen. The noise levels are fairly comparable to a fridge, even in sleep mode, and it does go quiet when desired moisture level is reached (+\- 3%) so not terrible, but prefer to switch it off during the night unless drying laundry at the time. Also, similar to a fridge, you cannot turn it on within the first 24h, so the coolant can settle first.All in all, decent for the amount paid.

This really works! Use when drying laundry and takes most of the water out within a few hours! Also use in bedroom for window that gets a lot of condensation. I've left on for a full day and has completely filled the tank by the time the auto shut off has kicked in!

Use it correctly, in the right sized room and you will have washing dry and a room smelling clean and clear. Great for me in a cold house where I can’t usually dry anything inside. Nice and quiet, don’t even really notice it doing its thing. Great price - buy one!

I am really pleased with this Dehumidifier. Can’t believe how much waster it collects. Take 2 Ltrs every other day. Have it in the bedroom and at night put it in sleep mode , very quiet, and dimes the lights. The touch buttons sometimes need several pushes to get to work but that my be me. Seems to be be very efficient no noticeable increase in power consumption. It unit is very compact and looks smart. Well recommended .

Recently purchased this dehumidifier as we were experiencing mould and high humidity due to the location of our bathroom being between two of our bedrooms. I'm surprised how quickly this collects the moisture. We've gone from in excess of 80% down to under 60% in the couple of days use so far. It's energy efficient from what I can tell so far as well. We also don't have a tumble dryer so I was also looking at a heated airer but it's not needed with this unit in use. This dehumidifier does the trick for a very reasonable price (we purchased on a lightning deal)Why only four stars: The controls are touch buttons below thick plastic, so can be difficult to use / it also doesn't have a clothes drying function as stated in the description / power cord could do with being slightly longer due to units positioning requirements.

I recently purchased the Nyxi Home Dehumidifier from Amazon, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This dehumidifier has been a game-changer for me, especially during the humid winter months. This is incredibly easy to use. All I had to do was plug it in, set my desired humidity level, and let it do its job. It's also lightweight and easy to move around, which is great if I want to use it in different rooms.I've noticed a significant improvement in the air quality in my home since I started using it. I no longer have that damp, musty feeling in the air, and my allergies have improved as well.I also appreciate that the dehumidifier has a large water tank, so I don't have to empty it as frequently as some other models I've tried in the past. We bought this for hthe bathroom and it works perfectly. After two showers the furniture, mirrors and walls get very wet. This unit takes about 2 - 3 hours to remove the moisture down to around 40%. Also used it in the bedroom - there is a sleep mode which lowers the noise level. Very pleased.
