You spent all this money so spend a little more and get a better lock, throw the TSA lock away
SIX stars for the bag and minus one for the TSA lock. I found this bag much discounted at $40.00 at the Amazon resale shop so I believe that it was a returned item. I have a smaller version, and they are both very nice. They have all around protection, where Pacsafe's backpacks have no protection where it rides on your back, secure when worn but vulnerable when not. I travel on Amtrak in a roomette, a very nice tiny private bedroom but the door only locks when you are inside, it does not lock from the outside. It is unlocked when you leave the room. I carry valuable things like a 13-inch laptop, but anything that I bothered to bring is valuable to me. I wanted the items to be secured from a casual thief looking for a quick opportunity when I am away. It is tiny space and has few hiding places. I got this. it is huge. At 16 liters it is as big as a day backpack and that is fine., as I hate having to put things in it to fit just so. Stepping away, in goes the laptop, in or out of its case, mouse and charging cable, other electronics and valuables, on the road my house keys live in it, and my hard to replace on the road meds, close it up and lock the cable around the leg of the seat, and I am good. in a hotel, I lock it to the welded part of the bed frame and tucking it out of sight. When not in use it folds pretty flat. I like the shoulder strap and small handles, with the cable part tucked inside it pass as a small shopping bag.or a personal item. It is NOT designed to replace Fort Knox, but it does make it harder for the casual opportunity thief. The TSA lock that it came with is a very poor lock to begin with, flimsy as all of the TSA locks are. I believe that my bag was used because the lock was locked to the outside D ring with the combination already set, changed, and I could not get it to open. The key, TSA 007, is commonly available on Amazon. There are generally only two TSA locks 007 and 002 and you can get one of each key for about $5.00 and I have been able to save the day several times for others when their locks malfunctioned. How secure is that? So good bag but very large and a lousy TSA lock Rather I got an ABUS751B/40 Marine grade padlock on Amazon for about $21.00. A good brand. It is well sized for such a bag. It is stout enough to hold up well if forced and with the dimpled key and a narrow keyway it is not easy to pick. Most importantly, the shackle fits in the locking hole very snuggly. Even with the TSA lock open, I cannot reset the combination, then I thought why bother, I have the key and for $5.00 you can have one too.

Bag still excellent, combination lock is trash
Excellent bag safe, as expected. However, the combination lock quality is abysmal. It has sunken several notches towards "bad", compared to the last purchase I made for this company's bag safe a couple of years ago.

Great bag for waterparks or pools
Bought for summer trips to the waterpark so I could stow wallet, keys, etc, without having to worry that things might disappear. Was large enough to accommodate two Six Flags seasonal bottles (the type bottles used for unlimited refills) and many other valuables and pool items (goggles, sunscreen). Will not hold a ton of towels or large bulky clothing items, but I don't have any towels that cannot be easily replaced. It could hold valuables for multiple families and the included steel cable was long enough that I could close the bag and secure it to multiple lounger chairs at the waterpark. Opening is not large enough for someone to easily reach in and fish items out. Lock will not keep out those proficient in opening securing devices, but does provide a nice deterent to those looking to rip and run. Would buy again and recommend to others.

It’s BIG! Exactly the right size for what I needed
We like to stay at Airbnb & Vrbo places when we travel, so this safe works perfectly to secure electronics, passports, designer bags & jewelry. Easy to lock it up attached to a railing or radiator. Takes the stress out of international travel.

Does what it's supposed to do.
Amazingly, this is the only product like it I could find on the market. We were able to trek through Patagonia for a month with the confidence that our valuables were secure in our car, sometimes when we left them for several hours when we were off on hikes. Fit two laptops and all accessories with tons of room to spare. I do agree with other reviews, the included lock might be worth an upgrade. Besides that comment... A+!

Essential Travel Accessory
Essential travel accessory if you carry valuables / electronics such as laptops that you don't want to carry on your shoulders all the time. This bag will add one layer of security as, any items that you put in it, won't be subject to just grab and go theft. This means, you can secure it to a fixed place object in your room. It would still be better if the bag is hidden from normal view. It is a bit heavy for cabin luggage. However, you could always carry it checked luggage and then use it in your room at your destination.

False Sense of Security?
I contacted the manufacturer, via Amazon, to find out the ANSI cut resistance level but received no response. One would imagine it's not that great if the manufacturer doesn't respond. Furthermore, the cable with the bag is super thin. Thus, even if the bag is great at resisting slashes I would imagine a wire cutter would do quick work on the cable making the quality of the bag itself irrelevant. This product seems to fall under the category, 'better than nothing.' But if you think this is going to legitimately stop someone from stealing your expensive laptop, think again. I don't see it doing much good if a cleaning person in your hotel room (or anyone else) has a small pair of wire cutters. I would imagine a more cut resistant cable would have to be much thicker, and thus heavier, so the manufacturer probably took that into consideration. It would potentially stop the type of robber who goes down the block looking for unlocked car doors, passing on the locked ones. They look for the quickest and easiest opportunity. This bag would certainly slow down that type of robber without a proper tool but likely do little good if they had the right hand tool. If I'm wrong, Pacsafe, please correct me as there aren't too many products on the market like this and I would love to be wrong.

Des voleurs pressés tomberont sur un os, le sac semble solide, s’ils ne sont pas pressés, avec une bonne pince coupante, le câble sera coupé

Spedizione giunta in anticipo,.

Exactly the same as the picture, but it could have been better if it was packed decently.

Good and roomy , Holds 13 inch Macbook Pro and lots more . Will replace 3 tumbler TSA lock with a heavier 4 tumbler non TSA lock. Bag seems heavy duty . Will probably add two D-rings low down on the sides near the back so it attaches to carry-on luggage more securely.

Well I had to send it back as it only came with the "bag" but it is secure. A little larger than I wanted but good for an I-pad and other stuff. Good quality for sure.
