Not bad, expected to be better quality. Size is big compared to regular mug.

Seems the seller can't get it right to send what was ordered. I ordered an army-green colour. First, a white one arrived, and on my second attempt a black one arrived. Besides the confusion, this mug is poor quality, with a seam inside from the joining of the thermal. I've returned it and won't be purchasing again.

If u receive a mug with visible inseam on the inside, u can expect a low quality product that doesn’t keep warm for long time

The product is not securing the liquid properly and it keeps leaking.

There was a crack in the white sealed cap. Which makes it leaked. I was not able to use it unfortunately

Huge design flaw. The top part is metal and gets really hot. This is where your lips go! Have to buy another one now :(

Very pathetic product. Doesn’t stay hot even for 15 mins, it’s just like any other glass.

Works amazing

Great little coffee mug. I enjoy the size and appreciate the little rubbery grip panel on the side. Very good to feel like you have a firm grip on your cup. Kept hot chocolate nice and toasty for hours and even after that, it was luke warm and still tasty. Washes up and ready to use again with ease. And I really appreciate that the mouth hole is not only comfortable to drink from BUT, closes snug for environments where you want to protect your beverage from dirt, dust, etc. Very happy with this coffee mug.

So far so good. Keeps coffee warm for most of the day. Hard to close the cap on top but otherwise awesome
