Perfect my daughter was bruising bad on her gymnastics bar until I purchased this

I decided to purchase one of these for myself as we only have a handful of them in the gym and I always end up having to wait to use them. I had previously bruised my hips trying to do hip thrusts with no padding. This is a great product, lightweight, and the additional pair of straps means it really stays on close for hip thrusts. Without the straps, the pad is liable to pop off the bar when using heavy weights.

This is brilliant and a must have accessory for a gym lover. Means I don’t have to hunt around the gym and I have one to hand when I most need it.
