Actual Bose product and it works
No disrespect to Amazon, I was not expecting to receive an actual Bose product (don't judge I am new to Amazon). I wanted to see how a case would fit and if it was worth purchasing the case from Bose. The case fits like a glove and is totally worth protecting such a costly investment. Especially given the charging case is essential to the operation of the QuietComfort Ultra 2nd gen. earbuds. Using the charging cable or the charge mat I did not have to remove the case for either to charge. As a longtime Bose earbuds user I am/was always super cautious with the charging case, especially against dropping or accidentally opening in my purse. It is worth the great price found on Amazon and it does what's needed, enjoy!

Great quality and durability, worked great, made it easy to have access to ear buds. Only con is that ear bud case continued to slip out of case cover. So good I'm about to purchase a second one

Lid Does Not Fit Tight
I have purchased 4 of these now and have received 2 as gifts over the last year. All because of the lid not fitting properly. It fits the 1st week no problem, then slowly but surely gets looser and looser and then won't stay on at all. I've contacted Bose about this issue, REPEATEDLY, asking them to design the lid dimension smaller so it's a tight fit and stays tight, however I would have had better luck getting a hole in one on a par 5 than getting anywhere with Bose and their abysmal customer service.

Not recommended
Unfortunately this product doesn't work as I had inspected. Any little little lint of dirt from this cover prevents it from fitting well on the case ..I cleaned this often, sometimes with alcohol wipes and within hours, it'd still go back to the same issues. Also, the product as a whole is not that durable.

Przez niecały miesiąc etui działało jak należy. Ale z czasem się rozciągnęło i górna część cały czas zsuwa się z etui ładującego słuchawki. Jestem zawiedziona, ponieważ kupiłam oryginalne etui Bose w nadziei na lepszą jakość. Teraz musiałam zamówić nowe - ale już nie od producenta. Moja opinia o marce trochę spadła. Szkoda.
