Great buy flight cases are very heavy but offer more protection. I find that this is a good option for my needs. Good quality and little expensive.

Bought this bag for a behringer mixing desk. It’s an awkward size but this was perfect. Protects well and stores away nicely. Good strong zips and some padding too.

Flexible but robust fully padded (top/bottom/sides) bag purchased to protect a non-folding magnetic chess board & set 14" X 14" X 2" from bumps, scratches and dust to maintain the set's appearance. I would purchase a hard case - at a far greater cost - if I travelled with it; as it is, the greatest threat comes from the vacuum cleaner or being dropped 1 foot from hand to floor and the 5 star rating is because the bag has performed flawlessly for its intended purpose. Internal measurements are 15" X 15" X 5". Strong carry handles are stitched to the bag and I have carried contents that weighed 2 stones using the handles. The bag also comes with a shoulder strap, which I haven't tested for strength. The main compartment is a zipped closure of the chunky toothed plastic variety that won't become stuck on any material stored inside and it runs the length of 3 sides (i.e. the bag contents are fully exposed on unzipping). There is an additional (nylon toothed) zipped storage compartment/document holder stitched on the outside of the bag, internal measurements 15" X 10", that should easily hold 100+ sheets of A4 paper. I've not taken the bag outside in the rain but the material looks like it's been weatherproofed. The bag comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Very good!

I have been looking for the dedicated mixer bag for a recently purchased RCF 12FX mixer and this suggestion came up as a less expensive version to the branded version. On arrival the padded bag was boxed up through the Amazon seller and once it was removed for the Gator branded plastic cover, zips up and the mixer sits really snug and well protected. This bag doesn’t have the wedge shape fitting that the oem bag (and more expensive) has so there is more room for me to stick some of my regular go to items in there such as my microphone pouch, paper pad for requests and maybe a power cable. It’s a very nice finish and the first Gator bag, I’ve known of Gator for their hard cases for sound equipment, this is a really good bag with a carry handle and an adjustable shoulder strap.

Good quality protective bag for my Behringer X Air XR18. Comes with a couple of padded inserts for other mixers. Fits nice and snug like a glove for my XR18. In fact it fits too well and with the rubberised cheeks on the mixer it makes it quite awkward to get out of the bag again. I am happy with it though because it does provide decent quality padded protection. Also has a handy pouch at the front to keep the power lead in. If you do use the pouch I'd suggest removing what is in it before removing the mixer from the bag though. It is far more difficult to get the mixer out of the bag otherwise. I would recommend this bag but mainly for it's protection and not for it's ease of use. Ok value for money though in my opinion.

Great mixer bag. Very large, will accomodate most mixers. It is also padded so protects your equpment very well, and it is also showerproof which helps

I've gradually been moving over to this type of bag for years. Gator is the best branded-make, though Thomann own-brand products are often equally as good. It's significantly better than the Roland VG-99 bag which I bought from Roland which progressively fell to bits over eight years. This one combines a good deal of solidity with a tough ballistic outside. Back in the old days, everything went into flight cases—first the metal and wood type, and later the fibreglass type. However, flight cases, though great for the things inside them, destroy everything around them. You can go with a Pelicase, which offers enhanced protection, but if you just want to put things in a car, this type is better. We use it for a little Yamaha mixer. It will not withstand crushing, but it protects reasonably robust kit well from everything else.
