My old cervical pillow is the traditional kind that's not designed for side or combo sleepers. I was thus starting to experience neck issues after sleeping on my sides as the pillow wasn't high enough to support my neck. The first thing I noticed about my REOKA after removing it from the box is its heavier weight and density. The fabric on the cover seems high quality and also looks and feels interesting. I still use a pillow case, but I should mention that the pillow barely fits inside a standard sized case. So when you're shifting in your sleep it may slide off the pillow a bit. Anyway, I've been using this pillow for a couple of weeks now and have noticed a big difference. It's lower at the center to allow me to sleep comfortably on my back, but higher on either end to adequately support my neck when sleeping on my sides. My neck isn't fatigued as much whenever I get up in the morning. Very happy with this product!

I read all the reviews before I purchased this pillow and most are accurate as far as it looking strange, and maybe being too flat.It does feel different when you lay your head down but I am confident that the way this pillow is designed it's for side sleepers one hundred percent.You have to get used to it.I order large medium. It's definitely a medium feel not too firm not soft. It really feels good. Very comfortable. I'm not feeling the arm pain laying on my side.Definitely recommend getting the size large tho, I couldn't imagine this pillow smaller. This size is perfect.I have sleep apnea and other sleep issues.I will come back in a month to give an update.As for now if you have issues side sleeping neck and arm pain from sleeping I recommend this pillowIt has been a year now I've been using this pillow. And it's still in great condition going strong. No more neck and shoulder pain from regular pillows. The pillow does take getting used to but if you are serious about your neck spine back and pain this is the one. I also do not roll on my back with this, so no more near death experiences from the sleep apnea.

I wish there was a pillow case that came with it, or even could be purchased.My pillow case falls off every single night, because of the extremely odd shape.The pillow is fine. It provides enough support and never seems to go flat.. but is still soft enough to be considered a pillow (unlike some)I wouldn't want one on a guest bed, and hide it if someone is coming over. it looks pretty odd lol.The price is very reasonable, compared to other purpose made pillows.

Pillow doesn't look as fluffy as advertised. I was disappointed it didn't helped with my side sleeping because I still wake up with a sore neck. Maybe it only apply to me.Overall, pillow is nice and comfy but it just doesn't have much support.

I never write reviews but I thought this product was worth it. I got my pillow, unboxed it, and immediately felt hopeful for a restful nights sleep. I have to say, after only one night, I had no neck pain when I woke up this morning for the first time in a year or more. I truly mean that!I’m a total side sleeper and don’t like my face buried in a pillow where I feel like I can’t breathe. I usually have to bunch up my pillows up just to fall asleep. This pillow changed that whole routine. It is SO comfortable and soft but perfectly firm enough to give my neck the support it needs.The only small thing is it does have a slight, not unpleasant odor to it which isn’t too strong. I’m sure it will fade over time. The fabric kept me cool all night and I was able to sleep all the way through. If you have neck pain due to a crappy pillow - BUY THIS ONE! It just plain works!

after much research i decided to give this pillow a try specifically for mine and my husbands and my dads shoulder pain. my dads doctors are talking surgery to fix his roter cup, my husbands has been severly sprained for 7 or 8 months and mine has been poppin for about 5 months. none of us have been able to get a full nights pain free sleep in ever until now! (insert big smiley face here) i got it for my hubby first he adores it slept through the WHOLE night couldnt believe it ok fluke? nope every night sence then he slept like you should restful all night sleeps. so i get me one same results no more poppin or pain then one for dad he also can finally get his sleep. oh me and dad have terrible backs and necks mine is always put back in place as well. we will forever have this pillow. the good lord definitely sent this pillow our way we are truly grateful. UPDATE: just thought id give an update its been give or take a year now sence i bought this thing and its still just like new ever so super slightly softerish still new. i dont use it every night now i use it when my back and neck are really out like last night to "reset" my back and neck. i unfortunately live a very stressful life so i use it a couple few times a month now. my shoulder hasnt bothered me anymore sence i bought this and used it like every night in the beginning it must have givin my shoulder the support it needed to heal thank you lord.

After about 8 months I am finally writing a review. We went out of town for about a week and I didn't take this pillow. Boy what a mistake, I didn't realize how much this has helped me have a comfortable relaxing sleep.It does feel different at first and takes some getting used to how it feels. But this aligns my head, neck and shoulders for a comfortable sleep. Previously with a regular shaped pillow I could not stay on my back for long because my neck wasn't aligned. Now it is very comfortable and can stay on my back much of the night. Also when I roll to the side it lifts up my head keeping my neck aligned and less pressure on my shoulder, Before I would use my arm under my head to help lift it but that always hurt my arm and shoulder. I would recommend this pillow but give it some time to get adjusted since it feels so much different than an old fashioned shaped pillow.

I have been using it since 2022. I love it. If I travel, I take it with me.
