I tried so many times and couldn’t connect to home WiFi, saw a comment about not being able to connect to WiFi as under Xfinity, almost heartbroken, then figured out that WHILE you are connecting, turn off your phone’s cellular service!! It works immediately!! Afterwards, it will work with you cellular on. Try that.

This is a small, convenient camera, I use it in my house, it transmits sound, you can talk through it, it can turn in all directions

If you do not plan to use other Xiaomi products to combine them in the application, then everything is fine. If you already have other devices and they are not in the Singapore region, then it will not work.

Had some of the older models they worked amazing . This model doesn’t stay connected to WiFi.

I used to use Xiaomi cameras and the setup was always very simple. However, after moving and switching to Xfinity internet, I could no longer connect the camera. I even bought a new one, but it still didn’t work. I tried contacting customer support, but no one was able to resolve the issue. In the end, I had no choice but to return it—very disappointing.

Highly unsatisfactory. The main problem is that pairing the device to your phone and, subsequently the Wi-Fi, doesn’t work. I would have expected a camera to be a simple affair: you join your local wifi, click connect, and then watch the camera work through your phone. This is the second location I travel to with this camera and it hasn’t worked once - no matter how many times I reset it, sit closer to the wifi modem, or log out and in again.
