Now on our second summer with this pool. Being fed up of others tearing or leaking we decided to buy something larger and more substantive. This has not disappointed. Two flaws, the steps are not treated with anything so will start to show signs of rust. The supplied pump is a joke. Best to invest in an upgraded pump, I went for a sand filter pump that is rated at over 7,000l/hr so can circulate the water in this pool without issue. It really does make a difference in helping keep it clean, that and pool skimmer and leaf net and your sorted.The bars are not for standing on, they will bend. Use the ladder included to ge in and out it's what it's for!

Good product, i had the older version of the pool and noticed the t joints have been replaced from metal to plastic, however it seems to be sturdy enough, time will tell if it goes brittle. The package contains a pool cover that was not in the description.

Pump has broken and keeps falling out before hand. Cover does not stay on at all. Wish I bought everything separately as would have been much cheaper.

Have had the pool only month or so and the pump kept overheating and tripping, raised a warranty via the portal (no point calling as they are experiencing high call volumes and wait time ls are over 60min!!!)This process is long as you have to upload so many pictures fill in so many boxes, 3 days later a response asking for another upload, which I did, 3 days later another email asking for another upload, which I did, guess what? 3 days later an admission the pump was faulty but they require yet another upload!, upload sent 4 days later email saying my pump has been dispatched, my pool has not been pumped or filtered for over 2 weeks! There is no one to speak with and escalate a response. Pray you never need to do a warranty claim

this is easy to assemble and great fun, definitely recommend

An excellent pool, even though this summer has been pretty indifferent. However, when I came to dismantle it for the winter, the top bars had stuck like glue to the material, and had to be individually freed before it could be taken apart, so next year I will smear each bar with something oily or even washing up liquid before assembling. Otherwise delighted.

I bought this pool just before the summer, it was easy to fit up all by myself ( go me )the pool its self I have no problem with as I love it... the filter on the other hand is uselessonly used the pool a hand full of times and that's just me using it, this past week I've had to change the filter 4 times as the water does not pump though, or was not coming through at all.my son tried everything to get it flowing but it nothing worked - even bleeding the air out of it --- zilchso I have bitten the bullet and wallet and waiting n a sand filter just hope the water doesn't go funny as delivery for the new one is not until Monday

The oval profile poles look nice but have no strength. So far 2 have bent. 1 was by my son standing on the edge the other was just by someone falling in to it. The old round poles were much sturdier. Our last pool lasted over 5 years. I don't think this will last without a lot of replacements. Find a pool with round poles if you want it to last.
