Is the natto powder fine enough to put into big capsules (size 00), in case I do not like the taste?

I put it in 2 “00” capsules and take daily. I use a tablespoon filled with the powder (held in the package) and press the capsule onto the spoonful of powder, then cap it. Quick and easy.

So how much vitamin k2 mk4 and mk7 is supposed to be in the typical natto powder? obviously there will be large variations.

I've taken two or three drop of the k2mk7
