Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom Vol 2 - Gaston's Visit (packaging may vary) [DVD]

The makers of Peppa Pig have struck gold with Ben and Holly and I bought this, the second DVD after reading comments about adverts on the first. Not only are there no adverts but the shuffle episode option is a great idea and gives all espisodes an equal viewing. My daughter is only two but loves Ben, Holly and especially Gaston and the episodes are full of humour and imagination whilst still being educational too. It is easily my favourite program that she likes to watch. My only complaint is no Big Bad Barry on this DVD but at least the Gnome is in fine form!

As the first DVD, this one is also strongly recommended for the small (but also big) fans of Ben and Holly. Easy to understand, funny stories, and very nice animations that make even adults smile. the only difference to DVD 1 is, that on DVD 2 you have to watch the advertisement before the menu, on DVD 1 it was possible to skip it. Anyway, the DVD ist great and my little son is happy seeing new episodes and is looking forward to DVD 3 (as i do :-) )

My twins (and I) just love Ben and Holly - possibly more so than Peppa Pig. Having a DVD with 10 episodes on is a life saver sometimes - gives me peace and quiet for a while in the mornings and calms them down ready for bed. Stories are lovely and the wit is great. Well worth the money (which wasn't much at all).

Ben and Holly's Little Kingdom is a favourite in our house. My 5 year old daughter loves it and my 3 year old also sits to watch it. The characters are very original and the stories are funny and entertaining for little ones! Waiting impatiently for Volume 3 to come out!

The DVD's stopped awkwardly & wouldn't start again easily

I bought this DVD for my niece who is a massive Ben and Holly fan. Now be aware.... This is a long dvd! It keeps her amused for hours but that does also mean that I have to endure it for hours! If you have a little one that you want to keep happy then buy it but I would recommend buying a book for yourself because trust me... This is torture for anyone over the age of about 5.

I put this on as a special treat when feeding my baby - it keeps my 2 year old happy and still! I also find it amusing - there is the odd tasteful joke or theme in the episodes which make me chuckle!

Envoi rapide et soigné. Mes 4 petits enfants âgés de 3 à 7 ans adorent ces histoires fantaisistes, très bien racontées, joliment illustrées et agréables à écouter. Rien de mieux pour apprendre l'anglais. J'ai plusieurs DVD de la collection. Tous superbes . Tous populaires. Au même rang que Peppa Pig.

Kurze Filmchen, die man zwischendurch einmal einspielen kann. Kein ewiges vor dem Fernseher abhängen. Mein Kind wächst deutschsprachig auf, versteht nicht automatisch die englische Sprache, doch liebt es Ben and Holly abgöttisch. Der Handlung kann man super folgen. Perfektes oxford englisch. Keine Gewalt, keine angsteinflößenden Szenen....optimal für Kinder, die das Medium Fernsehn kennen wollen und dürfen, aber sicher nicht überreizt und verängstigt werden wollen.

My five year old son loves Ben & Holly and had watched most of the episodes online-glad to finally get my hands on a DVD. Very witty humour for both children and adults.

We seen a episode of Ben and holly on one of our peppa pig dvds and my son feel in love with princess holly and ben elf so I searched and found it on Amazon.com it was a great price and arrived on time thank you =)
