Best Naturals Chitosan 500 mg 120 Tablets

It's a minefield when it comes to choosing appetite suppressants. I've tried several options with mixed results, however these seem to work the best at curbing those in-between meal cravings. The first week not much happened, however, I soon noticed less cravings and less junk food/treats in my shopping basket. And with some discipline the weight is slowly melting away. I take 2 tablets twice daily, 2hrs before eating. Best results would come with lifestyle changes (diet & exercise) as these are not a miracle cure, want to loose weight? It needs some motivation. I've maintained a -6kg weight loss in the first 6wks of using these tablets with the minimum of exercise.

Ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday. To early to report any results as yet, however I have used chitosan in the past & they helped reduce weight, When used along side a relatively healthy eating plan & gentle exercise. As for each 500mg tablet binds with 1g of fat frm ur daily food intake & passes through the body naturally.

Great product

I have only tried a few of these tablets because I have a reduced kidney function and am worried about the effect of taking two three times a day without receiving medical advice.
