Great learning aid making the atlas fun to look at.

DK books are always well layed out and illustrated .

Great hardback book. Lots of information inside. My daughter is 6 and it’s probably still a bit too advanced for her but she still likes ti have a look through from time to time.

Looks good. The blurb said there was a section in there about compass reading. I cannot find that section

My five year old absolutely loves his Atlas. It is hands down the best purchase we ever made for him. He reads it every night. We even had to take it on holiday. If he misbehaves we say that he won't have his atlas tonight. He loves looking to see what each country produces, the five longest rivers, biggest mountains, coldest and hottest climates etc. I feel he has learned so much about different cultures from this book and we have enjoyed looking at the places we have been and the places he would like to go. We have bought him the DK geography book for Christmas and know he will love it.

An excellent informative book for children

Beautiful book. Would be a lovely gift for a child. Lots of colour, maps and flags pictures. Describes local cuisine, animals and anything that is created in that region. My children are 3 and 5 years old. We talk through the book and they can remember little bits of information every time we reread it.

Very comprehensive Atlas/ Resource for Junior and Senior people. Very pleased with it and with great price too.

Great first atlas for my 7 year old. The child friendly design complements the surprising amount of detail it contains. Highly recommend.

This book is so beautifully illustrated and so informative. It is no wonder its almost always sold out! ITS A WONDERFUL ADDITION to your childs learning journey- even as an adult - I get so much joy reaing it! It even featured Madeira a small island from where my parents are born- so this was a plus!! It really is so great!!

The book is totally let down by incorrect flags. Such a shame because it’s beautifully illustrated and put together.
