Q: Would this be suitable to use with shingles scars ?

Yes it can as l am using the strips for my daughters chicken pox scars (2 in total) which are 1inch in diameter and they are reducing in size. My daughter did say however that the scars became itchy whilst the strips were on but bearable and l have read a note saying that it can take up to three months of use before anything noticeable occurs my daughter has only used the strips for a month. I hope this helps. 😊

Q: can it be used on the face?

Yes. I used it after cosmetic surgery for scars around the eye area. Be careful not to get it in the eyes, otherwise no problem.

Q: Can you use this with a moisturising cream such as e45? Just been discharged from burns clinic after 2nd degree from boiling water.

No I do not think you can use it with a moisturising cream. When we tried using it following a facial operation leaving 3 scars, it was found to be sticky and did not dry up as stated on their publication. so was not used.

Q: Does this work for chicken pox scars? Can i apply it on under 5 year olds?

If I am honest it hasn't worked for me , despite using it religiously as directed. I cannot see why you couldn't use it on chicken pox scars but in children these tend to fade as they grow .
