This product has quickly become a staple to my daily supplements. Originally I purchased after reading about the anti-aging benefits - Repurchased after noticing my mind processing things faster, I feel less stressed (maybe it’s the better sleep ?) more energized, and overall contribute it to this supplement. I took 2 full bottles and am on my 3rd. I do consistently take it everyday WITH food. I split the “serving size “ up to one in the am and one in the pm My skin has never looked so amazing. I notice the elasticity seems firmer ! Wrinkles ?? Shoot they’re almost GONE. Acne ? Finally controllable. My hair ? - GROWING FAST AND SHINY !! Hangovers ?? - this will have you recovering like your 22 again. I love this product.

Definitely works well for me. The combination of NAD+ with TMG is an important combo. It would be better to have access to NMN, but no longer avail. in the US. The liposomal NAD+ is the next best thing. The TMG helps prevent a methylation bottleneck and thus: - Reduces methylation strain - Helps maintain homocysteine balance (part of processing the NAD+) - Support liver health and detox pathways I have the energy and focus you'd expect from effective NR supplementation... so this works for me.

I started taling these after aome research & I notice more endurance with working out & less joint pain esp in my knees (I was diagnosed with a bilateral knee condition in the service which causes me pain). When I miss days, I can feel the difference. I missed like a week & when I go up inclines when not using these, my knees have sharp pains as I walk uphill. The sise is reasonable fornme. Value is great when you compare to the price of one bottle. There is no smell.

I think we all know the story about "low/no energy", a metabolic struggle that feels hopeless sometimes. After researching what might work for metabolism that's not pharma, I liked the reviews on this from ones who had tried other brands of this product and after switching to LIGUSTERI 750MG, it made a difference for them. So I decided to try the product. Started with the recommended dose of 1/day for a few days and didn't notice anything. Then I reread all the reviews and saw one reviewer who decided to take 2/day, and that made the difference for them. And it did for me. I had to take them like that for about 3 weeks before much improvement. But after that, each day was better bit by bit; not so many naps, sleeping all night, sleeping in (unheard of for me), energy "window" no longer 4 a.m. to 11 a.m. needing to sleep and lounge the rest of the day. I take 2 with my first meal and so far, I have to say I'm impressed!!! Just set up my subscription for them ( which I never do for any "experiment"), and I really hope this keeps on helping the energy level stay stable and functional. This is the only thing I have added to my routine. Also, I have no nervousness or anxiety with taking 2, but each body is different. OH.... The other big thing?....The bottle is full!!!! Not half full, and no cotton stuffing. I live in a warm climate, so I was waiting the day they were supposed to be delivered to my mailbox. Didn't really help. I brought them in, opened the box and shook them and they didn't rattle. So popped them in the fridge 'til they cooled down and then was able to free them up inside the bottle. In the past when I have ordered supplements sometimes they arrive and are not the same as ordered, this is not the case with these. I have noticed an increase in energy, no jitters or crash. My skin is softer and feels less rough in areas that were super dry.
