L'Oreal Paris Preference Hair Dye, Long Lasting, Luminous Permanent Hair Colour, 9.13, Baikal

Have used this colour for years, when it was called Bergen, got many compliments even from hairdressers! But somehow since it has changed it's name I am sure the contents have changed, the colour doesn't last anywhere as long as it used to, despite all the little additions to the box, i.e. oil. It is a far better colour than any ash blonde from this make, as have tried a lot, one ash blonde certainly lived up to it's name - it looked like I had put my head up the chimney, soot blonde would have been more accurate!! I have tried other colours in the blonde range, but am having to go back to Bergen/Blaikal as can't find any other suitable colours and can't afford riduculous prices for colouring at hairdressers!!!

My go to I mix with another colour and get the perfect tone

this turned my hair brown, i was bleach blonde before but wanted a more light natural blonde so i tried this product. i was a bit suspicious when the liquid looked brown but kept going with the product. my hair is ruined. im so disappointed :(

The colour of the dye is dark when on scalp and skin and made my hair look like it was being dyed darker - washed it off and it had make it darker if anything

Great product, thank you just wish it stayed a little less expensive
