Great fan!
Minor assembly as stated. Small but powerful. You can adjust the speed to fast which is alittle noisy but will cool my 12 x 18 living room along with my ceiling fan. I used it in my bedroom which I ran on low and was able to fall asleep. Usually I’m sensitive to sounds keeping me up, but this was very adjustable and works well. Love it. Has a bracket to actually hang on something or freestanding. Good price on Amazon Shopping Day too. It also has a little light on the adjustable switch and that’s handy too at night. Thanks again!

Powerful fan
Replaced this ventilation fan with existing bathroom exhaust fan that did nothing, only consuming electricity. Every time my mother in low visit us she is loves to take long showers, she always feel she can't stand after hot shower because of the bathroom become super humid and she can't breath well. I decided to bring this powerful ventilation fan to solve her issue, by auto turn on the ventilation fan when the bathroom become humid enough to turn it automatically. I also would like say, the bathroom get dry faster. The fan might be a little bit loud, but its not bothering because the fan runs for few minutes and turn off by itself.

Quick addition to an existing attic roof vent
Having humidity issues in my attic and wanted to address it during high humidity periods. I already had 2 roof vents so it was easy to overlay this fan over the vent entry and screw it directly to the plywood (with my own short screws). Plugged it in, set the humidity dial and completed the install in less than 15 minutes. Perfect for my application. Not a silent fan by any means, but quiet enough for an attic space. I don't know about the fan lifespan yet, since I just installed it today, but seems to be built to last a few years at least, we'll see. No complaints, and seems like a quality product.

Lot of power for a small fan - runs pretty quiet
I put this under my house to help the ventilation. This fan runs quiet for the power that it generates. The 260 was a little smaller than my vent opening but I just closed up one side with some tar paper and then used metal tape to make it air tight so it would pull from under the house. The humidity switch is pretty sensitive and shuts off when it hit the right humidity. You do have to tighten the screw on the end to get it to hold onto the post on the fan itself. If I had it to do over I might have sized up just so it would have fit better but the amount of CFM this moves is sufficient for my house. It didn’t take long to install it and probably took longer running a new outlet. I would recommend not putting this on a light circuit that has newer LEDs because they will slightly blink when this comes on. Works fine still though. Happy with this so far.

Effective Ventilation with Operational Challenges
The ALORAIR 720 CFM High Flow Powered Crawl Space Ventilation Fan does the job when it comes to improving airflow and ventilation. However, there are a couple of issues that affected my overall experience: • Noise Level: The fan is much louder than I expected, which can be bothersome in quieter spaces. • Control Issues: The built-in controls didn’t work as advertised. The fan wouldn’t turn on or off based on the set humidity or temperature levels. To work around this, I had to connect it to a smart switch, which isn’t ideal but made it manageable. While the fan is functional and effective at its core purpose, these drawbacks make it less user-friendly. If noise and control reliability aren’t major concerns for you, it could still be a good option.

Finally a solution
After struggling with a musty and very humid basement for years I decided to give this fan a shot in case it did worked and I am glad I did take the risk because in fact it did work, within just a couple of days I noticed huge improvement, no more lingering damp smell and the air actually felt fresher, I do love that it turns on automatically when humidity rises so I don't have to constantly monitor this, this was surprisingly sturdy and it felt good, its supposed to be waterproof so that is a plus and the mesh keeps out bugs and some debris, I had to clean that a few times over the last few weeks I have been using it.
