Amazing. I have had TMJ for over 20 years. This is it. I’ve bought expensive mouth guards at the dentist and a million c cheap ones. This is the only thing that does not allow my jaw to move there for no grinding. It’s even changed the shape of my face. I no longer have a super square jaw but it is now more narrow and I don’t wake up with headaches. Give it a month of nightly use. At first I felt like my front teeth hurt but it was this mechanism fighting against the unconscious pull of my jaw. Now I can’t sleep without it.

I got this to help with my jaw pain while I slept. This guard is way too hard. My teeth were sore when I woke up. It fits nice at first but if you clench or grind, it will cause more harm than help. Probably won’t use again.

This product is easy to use. It’s durable & comfortable. I use it for a slight overbite & to keep my jaw aligned at night. Wearing it in conjunction with my chin supporter is even better. Its function will keep teeth tight & like braces, you’ll feel it, but it’s not unbearable. It gets better with wear. Not bulky to the point of being uncomfortable.
