Shilajit tablets
So far , so good, feeling extra energy already. There is a slight taste but in my opinion not to bad. I’ve not been taking them that long but only positive effects so far. I would definitely recommend giving them a go.

Did feel improvement in motivation but made me ill after couple of weeks, profuse sweating, nausier, stopped taking and was fine.
