Fun and Tasty
Was a bit worried from the bad reviews but am very happy with the coffee. If you expect the flavours to taste as strong as caramel or chocolate syrup it’s obviously a lot more subtle than that. So far have tried the white and brown chocolate and hazelnut coffees and all have subtle tasty flavour's. The chocolate one is a bit bitter which I am personally not a fan of in coffee but as I enjoy having variety I think it’s great. The coffee is ground very fine so works great in my coffee machine. Has been really fun to try new flavours and definitely will keep getting these.

Delightful Duo: Grano Milano Variety Pack of Pre-Ground Coffee
This Grano Milano pack is a fantastic way to explore different coffee profiles, offering two 250g bags, perfect for those wanting a bit of variety without committing to a larger quantity of a single type. The inclusion of both the Espresso Forte and Intenso blends is a smart choice, providing a good range of flavour experiences. The aroma upon opening the bags is immediately inviting, a testament to the quality of the coffee. While the grind size is notably fine, perhaps even a touch too fine for some brewing methods, it contributes to a pleasingly smooth cup. The strength of both varieties is well-judged, with the Espresso Forte at a 4/5 intensity and the Intenso stepping it up to a 5/5. Both deliver a satisfyingly robust coffee experience without being overpowering, maintaining a lovely smoothness that makes each sip enjoyable.

Cheap, woody taste, beans from India.
The Intenso has a horrible, woody flavour, rather like sawdust. It does not state where the beans come from so it could be anywhere, including India. Thrown away after the first cup. Plus, one of the 4 packages was not vacuum sealed, the seal had failed. Sellers really must state the country of origin, because it matters to people for several reasons. If they don't, it makes you think you're being given cheap, substandard stuff from dubious sources. I can see from the granomilano website that the beans do indeed come from India, and their website has links that don't work, and answers to all the common questions they list are the same - it's an instruction to sales staff on how to respond to questions! It's clearly a cheap fly-by-night operation, and the ground coffee is probably mixed with all sorts of unpleasant things, hence the disgusting taste, which is the worst coffee I've ever had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY THIS.

It’s nice ish, but not great
It’s nice but not great! It has a nice enough flavour but it’s not as strong flavour as other coffee I’ve had and it doesn’t create a great crema either. The grounds seem to be very dry like very dusty soil unlike most other coffee grounds I buy which makes tamping a little harder. Overall it’ll do but won’t be repeat ordering unfortunately

Very dark flavour. Very fine grind (like dust). Tastes like a European Espresso. Not complex.
I'd give this 4 stars. It reminds me of the coffee I use to buy in Spain. Sealed air tight like bricks. Very finely ground, so I'd say they are more suitable for espresso than filter. Definitely not Cafetierre unless your filter element does not leak anything. There is no complexity to the flavour of this coffee. Just tastes like the dark coffee you might get outside of a Cafe in Italy or Spain. Dark roast. Dark dark. For the price I paid, value for money was pretty good. I wouldn't say it tasted fresh, but then when you grind it that finely, i thin some of that freshness goes quickly - and if it is pre-ground.... It does have a dark roast flavour, that some woudl call "strength high". But you can have 'strong' coffee that is a medium roast colombian. Would I buy this again - probably yes, depending on the price. Thankfully each pack is sealed, so not like a big 1kg drum of it that opens up wide.
