Cartooning: The Ultimate Character Design Book

The book is helpful in drawing characters in the book.! Very colourful in design! Very fun and always looking at life which makes the book fun! I enjoy all of Chris Hart books! I have a collection! This is my favourite book to date! I Love his characters! It makes you feel you have talent and want to pick up a pencil and start drawing your own characters! A 10 out of 10 rating for me!

This book contain step by step from the basic to advance sketching of cartoon its really very help full special for the one who just start learning to be cartoon illustrator.

This book was rather small and uninformative don't think I really like Christ harts style too much really quite disppointed

I am kind of disappointed. I am huge fan of Christopher Hart. When the title says "ultimate character design" I expected it to teach me how to draw different styles of characters. Not the generic Christopher Hart style which he demonstrates in all of his other books. This is what this book looks like How to draw a businessman, newyork city worker, Psychiatrist, kid,scientist..... and so on. All it does is show a bunch of images of Steriotype characters. If you are looking for professional character design advice, pick someother book. But if this is your first cartoon/how to draw instruction book. You just found yourself an killer book to get started.

Für mich als Anfänger, ein ideales Buch zum Einstieg in die Comicwelt. Habe auch schon einiges nachgezeichnet.Manche sehen das bestimmt anders aber mir gefällt es. Empfehle auch die Videos von chris hart.
