Been having more digestive issues than usual and a friend recommended ombre probiotics to me but then I saw this test and figured I’d trust the process! Test was super easy. It took longer than I anticipated to get the results (3 weeks) but that’s my fault for not reading carefully (it says 2-4 weeks). So as long as you’re not in a huge rush, this seems like a thorough option compared to some other ones. Only just started taking the probiotic and might be too soon to tell but I have more energy and am definitely more regular. The report was interesting and has influenced some of my food choices. If you have the money, time, and interest, I say go for it. At least way cheaper than having my doctor run tests!

The test was clear and thorough. However, the lab has been holding onto my sample since 9/26. Two months have passed with no explanation. The company may be over its heads with demand, so choosing a smaller company that can handle its load may be better.

really nice that they send you the actual sequences to review yourself and do your own analysis own, and the sequence depth is really good. In contrast to Zoe for example.

I did the Ombre Gut Test, and it was extremely informative. The test also helped with what foods would be best for my bacteria DNA to eat & help balance my gut. I started taking the Ombre Probiotics that was recommended. I compared them to other brands I have taken and shared the info with my doctor. We both found their strains to be excellent, they provide the strain numbers, and I feel they have clean ingredients. I will be having follow-up testing where I will be able to measure improvements in my gut balance. The company feedback is excellent A+++++. I was recommended to take this test after seeing a Podcast from Dr. Jason Hawrelak the guru of bacteria.

I was excited to find out my stomach bacteria problems. I'm sure their report would easily be interpreted by a professional, but not me. I wanted an easy read recommendation and a list of bad bacteria.

I thought was a scam... Took months and no results.... Then after a while they sent another kit saying the other one got lost. Then finally they had my results. brought the probiotic, and so far I'm pleased, it helps A LOT! VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

The report tells you virtually nothing. This is just a scam to sell expensive probiotics. Just buy some probiotics with god ratings and try them for a month to see if you feel better. Save your money!
