I just bought the 20 ounce tumbler. First impressions it is week made. It holds ice longer than the 20 ounce RTIC and Ozark Trail tumblers that I have. It also keeps beverages colder longer. The fact that it comes with a great straw and cleaner, is just a bonus. All of this at the same price as the Ozark Trail, makes this a no brainer!!!

Spill resistance The YouTube channel “Project Farm” rated this Arctic tumbler highest for not spilling when turned completely upside down. In personal use, one of the two tumblers initially leaked because its lid lacked an extra rubber ring around the middle edge, but Amazon replaced it, and now both lids are leak‑free. Heat retention The tumbler has only been used with hot liquids so far, and its insulation is excellent. After filling it with freshly boiled water and leaving the lid and straw opening completely closed, the water was still too hot to drink even six hours later. Design and value The base of the tumbler is narrower than the upper body, which allows it to fit into standard car cup holders without issue. Considering it costs less than half the price of many big‑name tumblers while offering comparable performance, it represents very good value.

Good quality and quick delivery

I like the tumbler - it keeps drinks cold and doesn't "sweat". It has the option to close the lid to be splash proof but when the straw is inserted, there is a small gap and it isn't spillproof. I took off 1 star because when I received it the cleaning instructions were not included. I received an email from the seller 2 days after I received it stating it was important to properly wash the tumbler, especially the first time when the metal is still fresh from the factory. That definitely should have been included in the package. The instructions are below: Here are the steps to washing your Arctic Tumbler for the first time: Place your Arctic Tumbler in your kitchen sink Put two tablespoons of baking soda into the tumbler Gently pour two cups of vinegar into the tumbler Let the mixture foam up and settle down for five minutes Dump the cleaning solution down the drain Rinse your tumbler thoroughly with water That's it - you're ready to enjoy your new Arctic Tumbler! After your first use, you can use regular dish soap or your dishwasher to clean your tumbler - Arctic Tumblers are dishwasher safe. The tumbler can go on any rack of your dishwasher, and the lid should go on the top rack. A note of caution: Do not use bleach to clean stainless steel. This goes for more than just your Arctic Tumblers; bleach is harmful to the finish of all stainless steel and can make it corrode or possibly even rust over time. So if you have any other stainless steel items in your household, please think twice before using bleach to clean them.

I had my reservations about buying this, my favorite tumbler isn’t made anymore. I ordered a 30oz and 20oz (20oz fights my car cup holders). Pros - 1) Lid fits tight, has center hole with rubber plug opening/closing for straw. 2) Comes with end rubber straw attachment so when drinking hot beverages you don’t burn your lips. 3) Comes with spare center rubber plug opening/closing for straw. 4) I have put ice in it on hot days outside and the drink stayed cold to cool all day. 5) I have put ice in it at bedtime 10 pm and still had ice in it in the morning. 6) I have knocked it off the table and the lid did not come off, minimal spillage from the straw. 7) 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for both the 20 & 30oz. Cons - none other than the 30oz will not fit in my car holders.

Nice color. Keeps drink cold. Good quality

This is the second Arctic product that I have bought. It is well made. It keeps my drinks cold and my coffee hot. My only problem with it is that it is PINK. I don't care for pink. I ordered GREEN. I should have sent it back.

As “tumblers” go, it’s a good quality built product. Size and ease of use is good. It keeps beverages hot and cold so it’s versatile. The lid is the only downside … it doesn’t seem to “seal” as tightly as other similar brands.

I only recieved the item today and I haven’t had a chance to use it but I thought I’d better come on here and let you guys know there was a chip in the paint near the lip of the cup! I’ve now gone and read the reviews on the US website and unfortunately this seems to be a common issue with the pink cup! It really is a shame because it’s such a lovely colour

This Tumbler is way awesome. I am glad they have it in orange because my favorite color is orange. Good and sturdy steel not making it too heavy either, nice and lightweight, and it is easy to hold even though it doesn't have a special grip in the middle. Easy to reach my hand in there and wash it without it getting stuck, very big opening. The lid is nice, very protective sips can be taken without spilling on myself. See-through so I can know when it is time to make another cup of tea if I want another one. The straw is also nice, it came with a rubbery tip for the metal straw and a straw cleaning brush, which is nice cause I never had a straw brush before. Now I can clean the straws better from the other water bottles I have with straws in them. No sharp edges on the cup either, it was finely made and smooth. This is a good size, too. Beats my 16 Oz thermos that didn't go very far, I felt a 30 oz. upgrade was necessary for me. I am extremely satisfied with this tumbler and I will keep in mind this brand if I ever decide to get another one. Excellent price as well. I spent about this price on a 16 oz cup at the grocery store. I got a bigger one now and there's something to be said about better prices and quality with online shopping!😀

It was unfortunate that the plastic rim had arrived broken. All other parts of the tumbler cleaning accessory were intact. But I cannot accept and use a tumbler with a lid that is broken. I am returning the tumbler.
