I wanted a workhorse, a basic machine for straight stitch, zig zag and buttonholes (lots of buttonholes) and although this machine has preset embroidery stitches it doesn’t go overboard on pointless extras that are rarely used! Love the drop feed for darning or freestyle

I love this machine. Had to purchase a converter plug to change from a European plug 🔌 to a GB plug and it worked a treat.Easy to use. I used it for the first time and made a simple curtain. It was quiet, and went through 4 layers of material. The reverse stitch action is fab.I would really recommend this product.The instructions are easy to follow.A big thank you to the supplier for responding promptly regarding standard accessories. Which I couldn't find and was hidden in the extension table 😁 lol.A great machine!!

Fast delivery and the quality is really very good. I would recommend this machine for anyone wanting to sew heavy fabrics.

The machine is very good, efficient, fast and effective. However, buyers need to be aware that it is not for the UK market. The company who supplied mine was in Germany, instructions were in several languages but not English. It was also fitted with a two pin continental plug, there was no adaptor provided with it. I contacted the company, they advised me it clearly stated on the advertisement that it was for the German market. However, I dispute that, all is stated was imported model. I knew it was imported, but believed it would be suitable for the UK market - I was wrong. Following dialogue with the company, they sent me an adaptor, but I had to download the instruction from the Internet, costing me extra for 65 sheets of printing paper and the ink to to print the information.At one stage I cancelled my order because I had been informed almost every day over a ten day period that it would be delivered on that day, and advised it could be as late as 8.00 pm. Consequently, someone had to be home to receive it on each of those days. It arrived the day after I cancelled the order and I was not made aware it was being delivered. I was informed that the problem was with the delivery company (perhaps they need to look at the contract)!The machine works perfectly well but be prepared for a long wait for delivery, no instructions in English and an unsuitable plug for our electricity supply.

After more than 6 months of use, i'm very impressed with this little machine! absolutely brilliant for beginners as me :D . well recommended

Fantastic not computerized so nothing goes wrong.Completed every job I asked it to do.Still has lots of different Stiches and tackles everything I now only need 1 Main machine.

Machine worked ok for a couple of light canvas seat covers & few rope bags, unfortunately has failed part way through my pram hood, same light polyester canvas, it went bang half way through a seam & even though I got it up & running again it skips stitches & tangles more often than not, this has not done a lot of work. I believe it's misold as heavy duty. No warranty as it came from Italy via Amazon.
