I would say this one is a game changer for my one story ranch house.

They are beautiful

The chandelier is beautiful. Very heavy to put up and the screw the crystal ball ring has to rest on is very weak and flimsy. I had to put up zip ties to secure the pieces. Please make sure all the pieces are there in the box and the light connection are all working before you install it. I had a hell time doing so. My order was missing the crystal balls and once I received the replacement and attached the chandelier to the celling I found out two of the lamp connections are not working. Did not want to pay the electrician to take it down and fix it because it would cost me a lot in labour.

First let me tell you that I am an Infrastructure and Systems Engineer so I know what I am doing. I could have just returned it but I am taking time to share with the Seller/Manufacturer so they can correct the problems and concerns.About the chandelier, It looks beautiful in the pictures but the real product has many manufacturing flaws. The yellow plating on the metal frame has scratches everywhere, and it is NOT “electroplated gold” as said or even gold color. It comes in more than 300 parts that require a lot of time to assemble. There is NO phone or address for customer service but just an email address [email protected] and I sent 3 email messages for five days since I received the chandelier and still NO response. So how can you get support for parts or warranty service for one year down the road?The instructions to assemble is very brief and they said it has to be installed by a licensed electrician. Do you know how much the licensed electrician will charge to put it all together and hang it up? The bottom 1/3 of the box is an array of 12 x 11 crystal balls and looks like there are two missing with empty holes. The circular metal frame was poorly welded together and some of the holes for threading the wire were welded shut, so how am I going to hang the crystal ball or the crystal beads strings? I have a 19” ceiling and and will need to purchase an extra segment of the chain. I email them about this and NO reply either. I’m going to wait for a few more days and if I don’t hear back from them, I don’t have any choice but to return the package. This is NOT good or the right way to do business.

There is one complexity, the wires have to go through the small pipe at the top, which is hard to install when on tall ladder. Wish the separated the wire installation to power wiring and chandelier wiring with a snap-plug, so each of that can be done independently. It took me few hours to install, had to get help from another person to hold it, while I could connect wires. Looks awesome at the end!...

I'm very happy that I ordered this chandelier. There is a typo in product details that says item weight is 14.8 pounds but it's at least 40 pounds because it contains heavy crystal balls. Vendor should correct item weight in product description. Package was delivered on time, no damages to pieces. Two pros took about 3 hours to install. Install was not that complicated they said. This chandelier gives the whole house a lavish glamorous look. I recommend this chandelier and the manufacture/distributor to anyone.

It is lovely and worth the money.
