woodluv Trash Can Waste Bin Paper Bin, Wastebasket Wooden Rubbish Trash Can for Home or Office

I’ve bought these waste paper bins before so knew what to expect. I was a little put off by the images of damage or poor construction, but my bin came as perfect as the previously. I find these bins to be stylish and sturdy. They keep their looks for years and, as they are wipe-clean and are smooth, there is nothing to snag or catch on contents. That means I am no longer lining these with unsightly and environmentally unfriendly plastic and that works fine. I now have these bins throughout the house, save for kitchen and bathrooms. They are low-key enough not to be noticed, but stylish enough if they are. A good buy.

Have been searching for months for a bin for my lounge. I didn't want plastic, wire (mesh) or a woven one. So what was left? Then I spotted this bamboo one. Perfect. Looks good, strong. Wipes clean with a damp cloth. One downside, I thought it a bit pricey for a bin. But it looks good. Am now glad now that I bought it. Am thinking about replacing my others throughout the house.

Looks great and good quality but not great as a paper bin as it is way too small for an A4 bit of paper. Good for a room with light use.

If you’ve got to have a bin it’s nice to have something that is inoffensive to look at and is sturdy. This bin seems to meet both. I am considering just applying some oil to deepen the colour and add some sheen and that will be a simple task.

The Bin has arrived, I have two observations. The base seems very cheap and 'tinny' - very thin not sure of material. The bin itself is pretty good, but mine seems to have been glued together quickly. visible white wood glue, joints not butted up properly with gaps, and a slight split on top. I have glued it to stick it down, and a minor gouge on top too. I cant face sending it back and waiting for replacement. It happened in manufacturing as it was excellently packaged. poor quality control. I am also wondering if it is actually 100% wood, or MDF with a veneer. But not sure on that one.

Lovely, very well made, I purchased this for a planter, will line it with heavy duty plastic sheeting, and then varnish, I have already purchased another

I really like this rubbish bin. Looks really good BUT Amazon's standard packaging of crumpled up paper doesn't cut it for this item. It had been damaged in transit and two of the corner joints had opened up. I really didn't want the hassle of returning it and fortunately my husband is handy and has repaired it. The remaining slightly squashed top corner is hidden by the bin liner. Be aware of this risk if you order it. Amazon, take note that sometimes you need to adapt your packaging!
