In this series, Kyoya is frequently manipulating people and events from the background, and given his nature, it's sometimes hard to believe that he genuinely cares about Tamaki. This volume helps dispel that myth, as Kyoya drives himself to the point of exhaustion to locate where Tamaki's mother is in France during the school trip for his year. Meanwhile, back in Ouran, Hikaru is trying to force his twin Kaoru to acknowledge his changing feelings for Haruhi, and Haruhi finds herself face to face with Tamaki... although she thought the Host Club King was in France!It sounds like a typical teen romance series, but the characters aren't always predictable, and there's humour and friendship as well. It's a fun series, but there aren't any robots or death machines. Just kids and relationship stuff. Hope ya like it!

Ouran just gets funnier and more intriguing the more you read it. If you haven't read this series yet, and want something funny but captivating this is what you want.
