Is this safe on toddlers?

I don't know about "safe", I would check on the product website. I would have used it on my daughter back when she was if I knew about it. A littlest goes a long way and it really has been great for her hair. She is at the age of shampooing, conditioning and detangling on her own. She has complimented how easy it is and how she lives the smell. Her hair is moist and you can see defined curl ringlettes. I have naturally curly hair and used a tiny bit of the smoothie and it was great for the curls but a bit too creamy thick for my liking. Her hair loves it!
