This ratcheting crimping tool works great for connecting wire ferrules. Easy to use, seems very durable and well worth the cost.

I used this on a solar project where I wanted to have nice neat connections rather than just jamming wires in. This press is perfect for those larger wire jobs where you're needing to carry a decent amount of amps across a long distance. I couldn't fault it, it crimped everything I threw at it and it looks like it'll be a keeper in my tool draw.

This tool does an awesome job of crimping 6 and 8 gauge wire ferrules. very easy to use and easy to select the correct crimping size.
