After reading reviews for this product and others like it, I finally decided to take the plunge and try it for myself. This product is AMAZING ! ! Now, I just want to provide some information because I was confused on if this product was worth buying based on several other reviews. While this product is great, it does have its limitations so I'll get into that now. FIRST, if you have a lawn that is either dead (grass is dead but still rooted) OR dormant, this product will work WONDERS. If you have a dead/dormant lawn with patches of thatch, dirt, leaves, and other stuff, this product will not work AS good. Let me use a white wall as an example. If you have a white wall with scratches, nicks, discoloration on it, a new coat of white paint will make the wall look as good as new (ie: painting a fully intact dead/dormant lawn) but if that same wall has cracks or holes in it, the paint can only do so much to improve the looks. I think many people who give this product bad reviews were expecting to spray this stuff down and have an amazing looking lawn but if your lawn looks like crap, paint isn't what you need to improve it. Lastly, there are several mixing options out there. My advice is to try different ratios on test spots to see exactly what color you want. I live in AZ and was spraying dead Common Bermuda in my yard. I used a 13:1 ratio (water to paint) and matched the color of my green patches PERFECTLY ! ! ! So, keep in mind that this product IS great but can only do so much depending on the condition of your existing lawn.

I normally don't write product reviews, but this product deserves it 1. I used a sprayer mist type of bottle because I wanted it to mist out the product and then I did this with a slight rotation about 3 inches above the grass. I was able to get more of a blended look with applying less at a time as opposed to more. I recommend doing this. 2. Make sure to fix with water and shake shake. You do not want your grass to look too too green as if you did dye it. If you don't mix well, the grass will look over concentrated/overly green. 3. DO NO get addicted to this stuff. Many of our lawns look bad sometimes because of health. I have fungus and grubs which is why some spots are brown. I would still recommend taking care of your lawn and not covering it all up with this because you need to a) Know where the problem areas are and b) You still want to have grass/grass blades. If you don't take care of the brown grass, this could = just dirt one day because the grass could really die, so I focus on grass restoration and then spray this into a few spots here and there.
