These are so terrible tasting I had to spit it out. I am an adult who has a hard time swallowing pills so have to take chewables. These have such a tremendous metallic aftertaste, we not even after but during , it made me nauseous. Also they are made in India and distributed by a company in N J. Not made in USA.Wish I could return but it’s too late, I’ll be throwing them out.
