I started with taking the 2 per day together, on an empty stomach, before even having my bulletproofed coffee. No change. I then took them just before my said coffee. No change. So I decided to take one with my coffee and the other with my meal. That's the ticket! Being 8½ months carnivore after 9½ years Paleo, I usually only have one meal a day, a couple of hours after my coffee. I REALLY hope I've finally figured out how to end the urgency since transitioning to carnivore as my gut heals from decades of metabolic damage.

Read the label carefully. Their claims that this will last 180 days is false if you take the recommended serving size of 2 capsules/serving. This means that each capsule isn’t 1,000mg, rather they are 500mg. When comparing to other brands that are 500mg too, don’t be deceived thinking these will last twice as long.

When I eat this, I get a lot of yellow coming out of me. I'm not sure, but it feels like I'm passing more fat than normal. Make sure you have a clear path to the loo if you are eating on an empty stomach, and are not planning to have food afterwards (eg. water fasting).

Will take these for a LONG TIME I think. That’s how good they are for my issues with fats. that’s after 2 caps too. I also have a gallbladder, without oxbile, fats either constipate me, take forever to move along the digestive tract, Or make well, the squirts. I also take milk thistle, some digestive bitters from Metagenics, good probiotic ( a must), and enzymes. After reading some comments I’ll get back to HCL tabs too. Also gut powders are important too. Go gentle, and results will show. Hope this helps!

Purchased due to hearing it is good for people who have had their gallbladder removed. Have only been using for a few days, so will see how it goes 🙂
