Love it! Feel like its good quality. I started implementing it into my daily routine to curve off migraines, and its been about a month or two of two cups a day and it seems to really be helping! I read several places that spearmint tea can help with hormone regulation and I think thats where my migraines were coming from. So taste is great and benefits even greater! Win win!

Good quality and taste

I have this chamomile tea set on subscription. I drink it every morning to help calm histamine intolerance. It has a great taste and flavor. The tea bags have always been fresh. Quality bag as well. Very pleased with this tea.

It was relaxing to drink some, but I wouldn't drink it by itself. It didn't really have any flavor, it just had a mint aroma. I like the quantity and size I got. I wasn't really satisfied with the quality of the tea leaves it didnt have a concentrated flavor, but I did like the tea bag quality it was better than lipton. The tea wasn't really fresh. I suggest using lemons, sugar, or grapefruit with this tea due to it not being too minty. The idea of buying this tea was to help with my period pain and PCOS like symptoms.

Is Ginger, with that peppery tang of ginger! Makes an excellent cup of tea!
