Excellent! Worked well for slicking the hair back for my daughter’s cheer hairdo. It’s nice and stiff but also gentle. Would recommend.

So worth it. To the people that said this is like a baby's brush that's not true. It’s not that soft. But it's as firm as I can tolerate for a brush. Its the perfect amount of hardness without feeling like you're ripping your hair out or scratching your skin. Love it. If you're a fine hair soft hair type of girlie (or guy) get this you won't regret it. Great quality and i like that the bristles are cream color so I can see how much shedding I have through the brush. It's soft woth 15%hardness I'd say. I had to return one that looked like this but with darker bristles newscasts that was too hard. If youre deciding between that and this, Get this one.

Too soft
It’s too soft to brush my hair effectively. I have very thin hair so I can’t even imagine someone worth normal to thick hair trying to use this to slick down their hair. It’s as soft as a baby’s brush. Not what I needed

Wonderful for slicked back styles
I have naturally wavy hair that tends to get frizzy and have a lot of flyaways. I got this brush to use for slicked back hairstyles like ponytails and buns. I spray my hairspray in and then use the brush before it dries. It's absolutely perfect for that purpose! It doesn't snag in my crazy hair and helps me get that nice, smooth look.
