Fancy dress, aargh! Don’t usually wear fancy dress, dresses or white! But felt very comfortable as Cleopatra in this costume. The Medium size proved a perfect match for my usual size 14. Initial panic as I doubted whether I could slip into it over my head and down but it’s well elasticated and flattering, I thought, once on. Big relief. The dress material itself is actually lovely and lined. Great quality and good value for money, I would say. Very easy to add the pretty accessories using the Velcro tabs. These proved strong and stayed the course all night. Everything worked about this costume. I felt it looked good and I was able to forget about it and focus on the party. Would highly recommend. I didn’t dance in it but could have, with movement unrestricted.

Really liked the costume. I was apprehensive when ordering as it seemed a lot of money for a costume to be worn for one day(I’m a teacher and we are having an ancient Egyptian theme day). Ordered a medium and I am a size 12. Really good fit with room for an extra layer if needed. Good quality and lovely accessories. The white dress is lined, still would need light coloured underwear but it is not see through. Really pleased.

The product is beautiful, is made really well. But it came with a little hole in the veil unfortunately. But is so small that you can barely see it so at the end was fine. Is a really good drees and I recommend it but as I didn't need it and because of the defect I prefered to retorun it.

I bought this dress and whilst overall it's nice 3 issues which is why I sent it back: 1. The dress is seethrough and most annoying is that you can see the material where the seams have been cut to make the neckline round through the cloth. Just looks really naff when that part is right next to your face and you can see it. I know it's not that expensive but I think that could have been fixed to look better. 2. There is no zip so you have velcro which doesn't make you feel secure in the dress not coming open 3. The sizing is really small - I am a 10-12 and ordered 12-14 and needed 14-16. If you have big boobs like me (E+ cup) go up 2 sizes because that velcro at that back hasn't got a hope in hell of keeping your top half closed! It was too small on me, I needed the next size up and because it was also too long on the length and all the other issues, I didn't bother. Otherwise, an ok costume.

Fun outfit

Bought for World Book Day. For a shade under £40, this was very poorly finished. The cheap material snagged easily and the hem needed turning up as it is only overlocked. It was, however, true to size and fitted well. From a distance, it looked great.

Good quality. Very comfortable & easy to clean afterwards. Great value for money. True to size.

The sizing is way out. For example if you take a size 10 and you're pretty slim then a size 16 would be about right. A complete waste of time and effort. I don't know who sizes these outfits but they need to get a proper grip on what they are doing and use an appropriate size mannequin or model to check fitting. Will be returning item forthwith.

This costume arrived as pictured. I ordered the xlarge and wear a size 14-16. It is a tad too big BUT it definitely is wearable. Fantastic quality!

I didn’t get to keep it, but I was genuinely impressed by the quality for the price. The accessories are well made and add a great finishing touch.

Echt tolles Kostüm. Sehr leicht anzuziehen und gute Qualität. Würde es jedoch nur mit Hand waschen, da die Tücher echt dünn sind. Halt auf jeden Fall was es verspricht und fühlt sich auch angenehm an.
