I bought this as I wanted a UK branded metal table top fan oven rather than the more typical plastic air fryers that seem to be everywhere. I called it a fan oven but its also an air fryer of course. Not easy to find but this one fitted my requirements and Russell Hobs stuff has always been good for me. I am reviewing this after a few months of trouble free use and so far am extremely pleased with both the build quality of the product and the way it cooks food. Its made from what looks like stainless steel which I like. This oven replaced another table top oven without a fan, the sort you can sometimes find in a supermarket. So, it took a bit of getting used to the extra power of this oven, it cooks things quicker but not in half the time. I found the Air Fryer function brilliant and use it all the time. The Air Fryer setting will toast 4 slices of bread top and bottom in one go as you can see in the photo. It has a Toast setting too but I actually air fried the bread (with the cheese) first then finished browning off the cheese using the grill for a minute or two. Watch it carefully or it may burn as it toasts quick. It cooked a giant Yorkshire Pudding in the air fryer mode with no trouble, you can see my effort in the photo which was lovely and moist. For this one I used 60 grams of plain flour, 2 eggs and enough skimmed milk to made a smooth batter. Whisk it well. I used Extra Virgin Olive oil in the bottom of the non stick dish as shown in the photo. Nothing else added and it tasted great. I also cooked a couple of battered chicken breasts that you can buy cheaply from the supermarket freezer. One shelf has a smaller removable tray underneath as shown to catch the fat drips as, again, you don't want fat on the red hot elements below. Again, cooked to perfection using the air fryer function. Potato waffles also cook really well in this oven using the Air fryer mode. Previously I used to cook potato waffles in a toaster but this oven cooks them more evenly and will easily handle 4 at once, although there will be enough space to cook 6 waffles if you needed them. I buy the waffles that do not drip fat when they are cooked sourced from the overall cheapest supermarket (guess which). Basically, I use the Air fryer function most of the time but it also toasts bread top and bottom in one go using the special toaster function. Be careful and watch it cook as, it toasts really fast!! So, overall, I am delighted with this product. The two timers look a little bit complicated at first but likely thats because you will have never seen such versatility. Its now very easy to use without even thinking. Just cook simple stuff to start with so you get the hang of it. I cooked a frozen pizza (almost as big as the oven shelf) on the Air Fry function and it was cooked perfectly. My tip to stop the base of the Pizza from drying out is to cook it on some aluminium foil or indeed a proper non-stick Pizza tray. Finally, I love the fact that mechanical timers and controls are used on this oven, you can't beat them for simplicity. Who wants flashing lights when all you want to do it cook a bit of food quickly. Top marks to Russell Hobbs on this one. Finally, it cooks Oven Chips quite nice in the special basket provided, again using the air fryer function. I use those "Home Style" oven chips which have a nice crispy coating on them. I say quite nice only because nothing beats deep fat fried chips but who wants that mess, not me. A tip would be to put some Aluminium cooking foil in the bottom of this oven to catch any drips if you want to keep the removable bottom crumb tray clean as it cannot go in the dishwasher. If you do use foil, be careful to lay it very flat so it does not catch on the elements above. Think carefully about fat dripping on the elements below, try to avoid that by thinking ahead otherwise you will get smoke. I think its a great product and I would definitely buy one again in the future if needed. Like most people, I have a full sized fan oven as part of the kitchen. Its never been used since buying this fantastic little oven. Finally, just check the dimensions of this oven to make sure it will fit your counter top as its slightly bigger than some ovens without a fan, I have mine at 45 degrees across a previously unused corner of the kitchen. Remember that the outer casing gets quite hot in use but air vents prevent over heating.

Was having a new kitchen installed at the beginning of the year and was without means of cooking. Bought this oven as it had five functions - it could be used as an air fryer, toaster, mini oven, grill and a food warmer. A brilliant buy and should have invested in one much earlier. Looks nice, easy to clean, quiet to run but has a loud ding on the timer when food is ready, love the air fryer function, food comes out crispy and delicious. Kitchen complete, but still use the oven, items cook quicker than a conventional oven and it's cheaper to run. Would recommend this item.

I bought this to go in the utility room which I’ve made into a secondary kitchenette. It’s a great little oven! Takes some getting used to and I would recommend familiarising yourself with the instruction manual, but nothing too complicated. The air fryer function is basic with no option to adjust temperature but for frozen chips etc., it’s fine. The bake function is great, I’ve made bread, banana bread, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puds, naan bread pizza, warmed filled croissants and bagels. You just have to get used to its heat and with two shelves filled, it takes longer overall. But I’m not complaining, it suits a tiny kitchen and is a lot of bang for your buck. I also love that the top gets hot so serves as a keep warm area. Would definitely recommend but expect to get to know it.

Air fryer toaster ovens are designed to work like the best toaster ovens with the additional benefit of air frying. They can toast, bake and more just like a toaster oven; plus, they can air fry, which means they either have more heating elements on the top and a larger fan than your typical toaster oven, Russell hobbs toaster oven does all the jobs really well cooking time is very less .heat up really fast . This amazing toaster oven features by toasting bread, baking a cake or making easy meals , Its power is impressive and its results are comparable. Easy to use and clean. I am very happy with the results.

As has been stated elsewhere, a very poor product. It does not maintain oven temperature once you open the door to place item inside. Also, only one temperature for air fryer so frequently burns on the outside but the inside is still uncooked. Wasted time and money on ingredients when everything had to be thrown away. The only thing it is brilliant for is toast, and making cheese on toast et cetera. If you look carefully through the whole product description there’s a notice which states that the product is frequently returned because of poor performance. I find it difficult to understand why there are so many brilliant reviews. Not what we expect from Russell Hobbs whose products I have chosen in the past over others because of their reputation.

Bought this as an emergency oven (my halogen cooker died mid cook) during the xmas holidays, this came in very handy. Cooks quicker than my convential oven did. It has cooked a roast dinner, with trimmings, (ie. Roast pots, carrots, parsnips) etc. Space saving design. Air frying capability, toaster, oven, grill. It's a useful bit of kit.

It does the job. It is a nice looking unit. Easy to use. Timer seems fine. It is very quiet. The bars aren't continuously glowing which at first is a bit worrying but you get used to it. I tend to use a slightly higher temperature than stated on whatever I'm cooking. I wouldn't necessarily call it an air fryer. Does pizza quite well which was something that I wanted. The main negative is the baking tray which after a few uses looks like I've had it for about 10 years. Edit: After very little time the silver tray is flaking so I've thrown that part away and ordered a replacement that I hope does the job. As someone who owns many Russell Hobbs products I must say this is disappointing.

What a super oven. Takes up a bit of space on the counter but a life saver. Heats quick & cheaper than using the big oven to operate. Gets food cooked in no time. Love it.

DO NOT BUY! The oven burns the outside of everything whilst raw inside, the airfryer also same problem. It actually takes longer to cook (everything) than a conventional oven! Worst product ever. I have mine since May '25. and have to hover over everything I cook to avoid burnt raw dinners. Seriously, don't buy this oven.

Just got mine Friday and the timer isn't working not sure what to do keep it or send it back.

The most useless thing I ever bought. Dreadful oven.
