Loss Prevention Shampoo, Natural, Sulfate Free, Vegan, Cruelty Free, No Parabens, Loss Shampoo for Men and Women N.03 Capilo Energikum Treament

I really like this shampoo, it has a mild herbal scent and lathers up very nicely. The first application did a good job at cleaning my hair and scalp, but after rinsing and repeating as per the instructions - the second application is where the magic happens. It feels better than any conditioner I've tried, everything was left velvety soft and luxurious, but add in the fact that this product is marketed to help prevent hair loss and strengthen existing your existing locks, this is a great product. Admittedly I've not used it for long enough yet to verify the preventative claims, but this is a premium product that works exceptionally well.

The shampoo itself is probably one of the thinnest I’ve ever used. I found that I probably overused it due to that fact, I was left surprised by how much was gone after just one shower. I am a double shampoo person because that’s the proper way to take care of your hair but it still seemed like a lot was gone. The shampoo didn’t really lather after wash one which was a great sign. If it does it’s usually an indication that one has showered too early and their hair is still clean OR that the shampoo is filled with nasty additives to give that nice lather immediately. Lathered well, as expected, on wash two. About the scent, it didn’t really notice any. Must be fairly mild. Regarding the efficacy of the shampoo, I’m not sure yet. I’ve kind of been trying out hair cycling with two other shampoos from this brand. What I can say is that I have actually been losing more hair than I have in many months since I started using these shampoos. Could be a coincidence or just a cycle my hair goes through. However, it is concerning that I’ve started losing about 4 times as much hair in the shower (I use a wet brush for my conditioner so I know pretty exactly the volume of hair I lose per shower). Besides that, I haven’t noticed a huge change in my hair. I have been able to go an extra day between washes though, so that’s good! To summarize: I’ve noticed no huge positive effects outside of the shower except that a few times I’ve been able to extend my wash day by a day. I am losing a lot more hair in the shower since using this, but that could be a coincidence. I certainly will keep using this shampoo. It’s currently in my rotation which is more than I can say for many shampoos I’ve tried.

This hair loss prevention shampoo contains natural ingredients like raspberry and lavender and has a pleasant fragrance. It is supposed to help prevent hair loss but I am not sure of any real difference so far after a few weeks of use (I have thinning hair with a receding hairline). I do like that it is sulfate-free and paraben-free, which all shampoos should aim to be. Otherwise, it just seems OK so far. I think if you're really suffering from significant hair loss, the only proven way to help stop hair loss is minoxidil and finasteride. Talk to your doctor!

We like the way this shampoo left our hair feeling clean and manageable. Only time will tell about the hair loss prevention claim. It just might be too late for my husband, who doesn't have much hair left.

Just a small amount of this shampoo produced a nice lather on my shoulder-length hair. The shampoo is a light-green in color, of a medium thickness, and has a fresh but mild fragrance. The directions indicate you are to massage your scalp in a circular motion as you apply the shampoo. Massaging your scalp is always a good thing – to get blood flowing and to stimulate your scalp. After shampooing and drying (I didn't use any conditioner so I could judge the shampoo on its own merits), my hair was soft, shiny, and felt hydrated; plus my hair was not discolored as sometimes occurs with some shampoos. I was pleased with the performance of the product but only time will tell if it actually can stop hair loss and/or speed up hair growth as indicated in the ad.
