Fone arrived boxed well. In brand new condition, un used. Works perfect. Only complaint wasn't a USB charger in box (don't know why we don't get them anymore) miss the old days where we got the plugs also. Phone quality perfect, easy to use, £50 off market price, the processor on here is much better than a52s which is my old phone. Camera is great 👍 battery life seems great thank you so much !

Have owned this for around 9 months now, very pleased with my purchase. This A54 phone replaced a Galaxy S9 that the battery was going on after a few years,and although it is at the mid-range rather than premium end of Samsung phones,it is a more than adequate replacement/improvement.Would highly recommend.Bought 256GB version and am more than happy with this model. Excellent battery life, decent camera, good functionality and easy to use/navigate overall. Only very minor gripe is the reset/power off requires pressing power off and volume down side buttons together, rather than just a power off side button/key. Used mainly for casting streaming services via Chromecast to tv, social media, photos/video and internet browsing, as well as calls. Performs very well at all these tasks. Excellent value for money so far

Brilliant phone, bright screen, excellent battery life, great features, better than my previous S10 (especially battery life twice as good) Minor let downs - fingerprint reader flaky and a bit heavier than S10. However Amazon gave misleading information in item description - stated 3 year Samsung warranty was included, but actually Samsung do not provide 3 year warranties. Under UK law, it is a banned practice to give such misleading information and may amount to a criminal offence - however, Amazon staff were ignorant of the law, refused to accept their wrongdoing and refused to compensate me. When I wanted to email a written complaint, they gave me email addresses that do not work. So beware if Amazon offer an extended manufacturers warranty, they may be misleading you.

Wife loves her new phone.

This was a replacement for my old phone (I have a sim only deal). The Samsing app easily transferred all my old data to the new phone. I have been using it for some time. It does everything I need and has never given me any problems. I particularly like the camera which gives me great shots, even in low light.

Been a very reliable phone and Samsung keep sending it updates, so we know it's got the latest software and security features on it.

Got this brilliant phone to replace my very slow and now about of date S10e. I was on a budget and after looking and brands that I had never heard of, that maybe OK and even looked at an iPhone, which I have always said I would never buy. I then assessed what I really needed, started to look at other samsung phone ranges like the A range. I may have thought the S23 looked good, but it had that flagship price tag and no extra storage which going higher added more money. You suddenly realised that you don't need an all singing all dancing phone, this is where Samsung are great, you can still have a great mid range phone with flagship features at half the price. So the A54 has turned out to be a great buy, it's familiar and to be honest has everything I need.
