I use this to improve my sleep. It says to take 3 daily so I just take all 3 around 30minutes before I go to sleep ( unsure if that is correct way). When I take these my sleep is ten fold better.

Son is taking this twice a day, evening meal and bedtime, he is sleeping better.

During the use I had headache which passed after consistently use them but when I wanted to purchase more not available and also a bit expensive

I take 3 in the evening and I sleep like a baby! I workout a lot and I find magnesium helps with the recovery and relaxing the muscles. This magnesium is branded as enhancing memory and cognitive function, I do feel great taking them overall (not just body and good sleep also mind) but it can be also the combination of other things I am taking and I am doing. There is 90 capsules in the dark blue plastic bottle. 3 to take daily with plenty of water. Ingredients: magnesium L-threonate, glazing agent - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (shell), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti caking agent - stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids Capsules are little bit bigger but still easy to swallow. I love taking them but not sure I can justify the current price.

L-Threonate is up there in terms of bioavailability on the magnesium front and has so many benefits it’s an essential part of my supplement regime along with a few other forms of magnesium to capitalise on all of the benefits. Probably worth noting that a hefty portion of the population is actually deficient in Magnesium according to a lot of research so definitely one to add to your regime if it isn’t in it already… I’ll start with the positives for this product specifically, firstly the brand is well established and I’ve personally used their products for years as they have a good reputation in terms of quality and the supplements they put out there. These magnesium capsules come well packaged in a premium looking/feeling Life Extension bottle. However I have a couple of gripes hence removing a star, my first problem is that I don’t know why in this day and age a company as big and well researched as Life Extension is still using ingredients and bulking agents like ‘Silicon Dioxide’, I just don’t think there’s any need these days with the technology available and I also thing it’s effects on health are questionable. Also I do think these are on the rather expensive side for a 1 month supply, especially considering you’ll (in my opinion) want to top this up with another form of magnesium to get your RDA. Overall a good supplement from a trusted brand, just wish they’d do away with the fillers and bulking agents .
