We received an empty box!It wasn't sealed with tape or packaged in any way; it was just the original manufacturer's box with just a delivery label that didn't seal the box, and it had clearly fallen open.Pictures of the box sent, replacement product requested, and not received as much as an email or apology.Avoid at all costs!
